-Borderline Personality Disorder-
Borderline Personality Disorder is a painful way of being in the world that affects roughly 2% of the general population, and 11% of outpatient clients seen in community mental health centers.
Despite the suffering experienced by people with this disorder and its prevalence in the landscape of mental health, this disorder remains stigmatized by some in the mental health community.
Learning to provide a therapeutic experience for people with Borderline Personality Disorder, while maintaining good mental health hygiene is a valuable clinical skill set.
